Each month our audience hears it said that the Kennebunk Coffeehouse would not exist without the generous contributions of time and expertise from our group of extremely dedicated volunteers. This is so true. We'd like to introduce you to some of the volunteers that are with us now.
Under Construction - please return to meet our volunteers
Volunteers work hard and long, and in return enjoy free admission to the shows for which they work. Coffeehouse volunteers often, but not always get to meet and greet the performers, but the true reward of working at the Kennebunk Coffeehouse is being a part of the "family" of folks that have created one of the best acoustic music venues in New England. Kennebunk Coffeehouse has gained a reputation as one of the best-run and most organized places to perform, to enjoy a show AND to volunteer!
To be a successful Coffeehouse volunteer one must :
*present a professional and helpful demeanor to the artists and the audience at all times.
*arrive on time and remain until the work is done
*be flexible and willing to "pitch in" wherever help is needed
*love music and be an advocate for the venue and for the artists
Volunteers find the Kennebunk Coffeehouse a fun and meaningful place to be. Great music, a warm and enthusiastic community of fellow volunteers, and the pride of knowing we are contributing our time and efforts to support truly artistic music performances.
